Trial Presentation
DOAR provides the experience and talent you can depend on during trial. Whether you need compelling trial graphics or require agile communications in your war room, DOAR delivers it. Our objective is simple: help you dominate the well and persuade the jury.
Prior to trial, our experienced graphics professionals will consult with your trial team and our jury research team to create effective demonstratives that will connect with the jury. Our graphics experts specialize in encapsulating complex evidence and presenting it in easy-to-understand concepts and images. Digitally preparing exhibits and rehearsing with the trial team allows our pre-trial consultants to ensure the presentation is accurate and convincing. We have done this successfully in some of the nation's biggest cases in recent years.
Our experts know how to leverage and exploit courtroom technology because we have wired more than 500 state and federal courtrooms across the country. Before your trial begins, our trial support consultants will survey the courtroom, assess the lighting and determine the suitability of any existing trial presentation technology. Based on this survey, we will make recommendations about using that existing equipment or introducing better technology to make sure your electronic evidence presentation runs smoothly and effectively during proceedings.
During trial, we'll provide a trial support technician in the courtroom who will work closely with your trial team. He will operate in the background, quietly running evidence presentation systems and displaying information on cue, so you can direct juror attention to the details of the case.
In addition to trial presentation technology, we'll set up a command center in your war room. When a witness on the stand refers to a document or a piece of electronic evidence, we'll pull it up on a display in the war room so your team can check it and quickly call attention to any inconsistencies during your cross examination. We'll also make sure your trial team immediately receives that electronic document in the courtroom before you begin cross-examination.
When events are unfolding in the courtroom, our clients know that DOAR's technical experience gives them a decisive advantage.
