DOAR supports the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) by offering its services pro bono to the organization. The ACLU advocates individual rights by litigating, legislating and educating the public on a broad array of issues affecting individual freedom.

Samuel H. Solomon, CEO serves on the board of directors for the foundation and the Education Foundation for Old Safed.
